Privacy policy

We keep as little as we can. Session answers and analyses are stored for 90 days so you can download your PDF, then deleted. Your email is stored so we can send you what you asked for. One email to us deletes all of it, the same day.

Who we are

Progressiness is a brand of AI Rowana Capital (Pvt) Ltd (“we”), registered in Sri Lanka. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: hello@progressiness.com.

What we collect, and why

Email address

When you request the free Weekly Time Audit, complete the free three-question version of Uncover, or buy something, we store your email address, the source (audit, mini or purchase), the date, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived from. We use it to send the file or paragraph you asked for, the short welcome sequence described on the page where you signed up, and receipts. Single opt-in: there is no confirmation email, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Session answers and analyses

Uncover stores the questions you were asked, the answers you wrote, and the analysis it produced, tied to your access code. We store them so the session can resume if you close the tab and so you can download your PDF. They are deleted 90 days after the session. The PDF is your copy. The free three-question version stores the three answers and the paragraph, tied to your email, on the same 90-day schedule.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. We never see your card number. Lemon Squeezy sends us your email, the product bought, the order number and the country, which we use to issue your access code or file and to keep sales records we are legally required to keep.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to count visits and four events: signing up, finishing the free version, opening checkout and completing a purchase. During paid advertising tests we may load the Meta, TikTok and Pinterest pixels after your first interaction with the page. You can block these with any standard tracker blocker and the site works the same.

How the analysis is produced

Questions and analyses are generated by Claude, a model from Anthropic, through their API, using prompts we wrote. Your answers are sent to Anthropic to generate the next question and the analysis. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. We do not send your email address to Anthropic.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a Supabase database behind row-level security. Emails are sent through Resend. Our website runs on Netlify. Each of these providers processes data only on our instructions.

How long

• Session answers, analyses and free-version paragraphs: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Access codes: until used, then kept with the order record.
• Email addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Order records: as long as tax law requires, currently seven years, at Lemon Squeezy.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@progressiness.com from the address you used and we act the same day. Deletion removes your sessions, analyses and email from our systems. Order records held by Lemon Squeezy for tax purposes remain with them. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Progressiness is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the site, email us and we will delete the data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and, for anything significant, email the list. The current version is always at progressiness.com/privacy.
