Terms of use

These are the terms for using progressiness.com and buying what we sell there. They are short on purpose. The main points: our tools are for reflection and planning, not therapy or advice; you get a seven-day refund, no questions; and you own your copy of anything you buy.

Who you are dealing with

Progressiness is a brand of AI Rowana Capital (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka (“we”, “us”). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record, so their terms also apply to the payment itself. Contact: hello@progressiness.com.

What we sell

• Sessions (Uncover and others): a guided self-reflection session run by an AI model. You receive an access code by email, valid for one session, which you use at progressiness.com/uncover. At the end you receive a written analysis and a PDF.
• Templates: spreadsheet files in Excel and Google Sheets format, delivered as a download link by email. See the catalogue.
• Bundles: a session plus one template.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax Lemon Squeezy is required to collect for your location.

What this is not

Uncover, the free three-question version and every other tool on this site are reflection and planning tools. They are not therapy, counselling, coaching, medical care, financial advice or a diagnosis of any kind. They do not use clinical labels and they are not a substitute for talking to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, stop and contact a local emergency number or support line. The session is designed to stop and point you there if your answers suggest you need more than a tool, but it can miss things. Please do not rely on it for that.

Using the AI

The questions and analysis are generated by an AI model from your answers. It can be wrong, incomplete or miss the point. Treat the analysis as one honest reading to think about, not a fact about you. Do not enter other people’s private information into a session.

Your licence

When you buy a template, you get a personal, perpetual licence to use and edit it for yourself and your household or your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the file or a derivative of it. When you buy a session, the analysis and PDF are yours to keep and share as you like.

Access codes

A code is for one session. If you close the tab, the code resumes where you left off. Codes are not transferable once a session has started. If a code does not work, email us and we fix it the same day.

Refunds

Full refund within seven days of purchase, for any reason, no questions. Email hello@progressiness.com with your order number. Details in the refund policy.

Free content and email

The blog, the free Weekly Time Audit and the free three-question version are free. Signing up for either free tool puts you on our email list with single opt-in. Every email has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, scrape at volume, or resell access to the site or the sessions. Do not use the tools to generate content about another person without their consent. We may refuse or refund an order and block access if these terms are broken.

Liability

We provide the site and tools as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from your use of them is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
