Refund policy

Full refund within seven days of purchase, for any reason, no questions asked. This applies to sessions, templates and bundles, whether or not you have used them.

How to ask

Email hello@progressiness.com from the address you bought with, and include the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. That is all. We do not ask why, though if you want to tell us, we read it and it helps.

How fast

We process refunds within one business day, usually the same day. The money returns to your original payment method. Card refunds take three to ten business days to appear depending on your bank; PayPal is usually same day.

After a refund

Your access code stops working and your download link is disabled. Anything you already downloaded or read is yours; we are not going to ask for it back. If you asked for your session data to be deleted, that happens at the same time.

After seven days

Refunds after seven days are at our discretion. If something went wrong on our side, a code that never arrived, a broken file, a session that failed, we refund regardless of time. Just write to us.

Why it is this simple

A refunded session costs us very little, and an unhappy person costs us a lot more than that. We would rather you try Uncover knowing you can change your mind.
