Why small steps beat big plans, and how small to go
The plan you abandon in week two is worse than the step you take every day. Here is how we size a step so it survives a bad week.
Track up to eight habits a month and see the pattern, not just the streak.

What is inside
Up to eight habits, each with the smallest version you would still count.
One tap per day per habit. Colour fills in as you go.
Completion by habit, by weekday, and the two habits that travel together.
Who it is for
How to use it
In Setup, list the habits. Then write the smallest version of each that still counts. Two minutes of reading counts.
Each evening, open Month and mark the day. Thirty seconds.
At the end of the week, glance at the weekday view. Notice which day breaks first.
At the end of the month, read the Dashboard. Keep the habits that held, shrink the ones that did not.
Duplicate the Month sheet for next month. The dashboard carries over.
Both are in the download. The Sheets version works on a phone.
V1 tracked streaks. V2 tracks patterns: by weekday and by habit pairs. Streaks broke people. Patterns help them.

Where this came from
Uncover is a twenty-minute session that ends by naming the template that fits what you found. Most of these were built after one of us did it.
