Inside
What is inside
Accounts, categories and your currency. Fifteen minutes once.
Income, spending by category, balances. One sitting a month.
Assets minus debts, month by month, with the trend.
Savings rate, spend by category, runway in months, and where the money went.
Who it is for
How to use it
Open Setup, list your accounts and pick your categories. Fewer is better. Eight is plenty.
On the first weekend of the month, open Monthly input and enter last month. Round numbers are fine.
Check Net worth. It only needs balances, so it is the quickest sheet to keep current.
Read the Dashboard. Look at the savings rate first, then the biggest category.
Change one thing for next month. One. Then close the file.
No. You type the numbers in once a month. That is the point. Looking at them is what changes behaviour.
Any. Set the symbol once in Setup.
